Race is a fact of life that cannot be ignored

You belong to a race of men just like the mighty oak belongs to a different variety of tree.

The races are different

Interracial marriage.  When the discussion of race comes up, this one makes tempers flare like no other.  If a White person says they're against interracial marriage, then that's racist.  If a person of color says they're against interracial marriage, then that's protecting their culture and heritage.

Just by putting the subject on our site we're going to get hate mail.  But being politically correct is not our goal, which should be perfectly clear by now.

As we study the issue of interracial marriage keep this in mind, what is legal and right in man's eyes is not always lawful from God's perspective.  Just because something has become acceptable in our time, doesn't make it right.  For instance:
 
Abortion
 
God says

"When men strive together, and hurt a woman with child, so that there is a miscarriage, and yet no harm follows, the one who hurt her shall be fined, according as the woman's husband shall lay upon him; and he shall pay as the judges determine.  If any harm follows, then you shall give life for life, eye for eye, tooth for tooth, hand for hand, foot for foot, burn for burn, wound for wound, stripe for stripe."  Exodus 21:22-25

"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you, and before you were born I consecrated you."  Jeremiah 1:5

"My frame was not hidden from thee, when I was being made in secret...thy eyes beheld my unformed substance; in thy book were written, every one of them, the days that were formed for me, when as yet there was none of them."  Psalm 139:15, 16

Man says

The U.S. Supreme Court in Roe v. Wade, 1973 made the murder of the unborn legal in all U.S. Jurisdictions.  Some states even allow late term abortions and partial-birth abortions.

God Says

"You shall not lie with a male as with a woman; it is an abomination."  Leviticus 18:22

"If a man lies with a male as with a woman, both of them have committed an abomination; they shall be put to death, their blood is upon them."  Leviticus 20:13

"For this reason God gave them up to dishonorable passions.  Their women exchanged natural relations for unnatural, and the men likewise gave up natural relations with women and were consumed with passion for one another, men committing shameless acts with men and receiving in their own persons the due penalty for their error."  Romans 1:26, 27

The King James Version puts these verses even stronger.  It states that "God gave them up unto vile affections:  for even their women did change the natural use into that which is against nature..."

Man Says

Homosexuals were "born" that way and need to be "protected" as a "special class" in society.  Most states make it unlawful to "discriminate" against homosexuals in the work place.  A handful of states have made it legal for them to get "married."  Some allow them to perform "civil unions."

God says

Woe to those who call evil good and good evil, who put darkness for light and light for darkness, who put bitter for sweet and sweet for bitter!

Man can legislate anything he wants

Our study on interracial marriage will center on three areas,  man's viewpoint, including the historical background surrounding interracial marriage and early laws prohibiting the races from marrying one another, God's viewpoint, what does the Bible have to say, and the social ramifications that occur when man does his own thing on interracial marriage.  Sometimes one area will overlap with another.  We have attempted to be as fair and accurate as possible.  Be warned,
