"Israel Cohen, a leading Jewish Communist, in his A Racial Program For the Twentieth Century, wrote [in 1913]:
'We must realize that our Party's most powerful weapon is racial tension. By propounding into consciousness of the dark races that for centuries they have have been oppressed by the whites, we can mould them to the program of the Communist Party. In America, we will aim for subtle victory. While inflaming the Negro minority against the whites , we will instill into the whites a guilt complex for their exploitation of the Negroes. We will aid the Negroes to rise to prominence in every walk of life, in the professions and in the world of sports and entertainment. With this prestige, the Negro will be able to intermarry with the whites and begin a process which will deliver America into our hands'."

Race
Noah Webster's 1828 Dictionary:
1. The lineage of a family, or continued series of descendants from a parent who is called the stock. A race is the series of descendants indefinitely. Thus all mankind are called the race of Adam; the Israelites are of the race of Abraham and Jacob. Thus we speak of a race of kings, the race of Clovis or Charlemagne; a race of nobles, &c. (etc.)
2. A generation; a family of descendants.
3. A particular breed; as a race of mules; a race of horses; a race of sheep.
There's also Race, running with speed.
Other words having to do with race have to do either with horses or plants...or raciness, the quality of being racy, which in 1828 meant strong; flavorous; tasting of the soil; as racy cider; racy wine.
Now fast forward to 1974 and the World Book Dictionary
1. A group of persons connected by common descent or origin.
2. A great division of mankind having certain physical peculiarities in common: the white race, the yellow race.
3. Human beings, as a group
4. A group of animals or plants having the same ancestry
5. A group, class, or kind, especially of people
6. The condition of belonging to a particular stock
There's also RACE, running with speed and the other words having to do with RACING of horses and with plants.
But 146 years after Noah Webster we now have words such as
Race-Baiter - a person given to race-baiting: Charlie Miller's new home was smeared and smashed by race-baiters.
Race-Baiting - the persecution of people of a different race or races: As the Negroes begin to vote in ever larger numbers, race-baiting in Southern politics should decrease
Race-Relations - the way in which people of different racial groups live or work together or treat one another: Race relations are a question of major significance, not only between white and coloured, but equally as important between Indians and Fijians.
Race-Riot - U.S. - a violent clash between people of different racial groups within the same community, especially between whites and Negroes, usually over some real or imagined affront: In studies of race riots it has been found that they sometimes begin in the aggressiveness resulting from the frustrations of repressed minority groups.
Race Suicide - the extinction of a people that tends to result when, by deliberate limitation of the number of children, the birth rate falls below the death rate.
Racial - having to do with a race; characteristic of a race; among a race or races: racial traits, racial dislikes, racial equality. The Commonwealth's outstanding characteristic is that it is a multi-racial association, and that its whole future depends on the absence of racial discrimination.
Racialism - unreasonable race prejudice
Racialist - a person who supports racialism
Racialistic - of or having to do with racialism or racialists
Racially - in respect to race; as influenced by race or lineage
Racism - 1. the exaggeration of inherent racial differences; 2. prejudice in favor of certain races; 3. a political or social policy or system based on racism
Racist - n. a person who believes in or supports racism. adj. of or having to do with racism: a racist attitude or speech.
Twelve new words never heard of in Noah Webster's time.

U.S. CRIME STATISTICS by RACE
The New Century Foundation has published a document titled
There is more black-on-White than black-on-Black violent crime
Of the approximately 1,700,000 interracial crimes of violence involving blacks and Whites, 90% are committed by Blacks against Whites. Blacks are therefore up to 250 times more likely to do criminal violence to Whites than the reverse
Blacks commit violent crimes at four to eight times the White rate. Hispanics commit violent crimes at approximately three times the White rate, and Asians at one half to three quarters the White rate.
Blacks are twice as likely as Whites to commit hate crimes.
Hispanics are a hate crime victim category but not a perpetrator category. Hispanic offenders are classified as Whites, which inflates the White offense rate and gives the impression that Hispanics commit no hate crimes.
Blacks are as much more dangerous than White as men are more dangerous than women.
Goodness! This definitely did not make the news!

The Major Findings are
Police and the justice system are not biased against minorities
Crime Rates
Blacks are seven times more likely than people of other races to commit murder, and eight times more likely to commit robbery.
When blacks commit crimes of violence, they are nearly three times more likely than non-blacks to use a gun, and more than twice as likely to use a knife.
Hispanics commit violent crimes at roughly three times the White rate, and Asians commit violent crimes at about one quarter the White rate.
The single best indicator of violent crime levels in an area is the percentage of the population that is Black and Hispanic
Interracial Crime
Of the nearly 770,000 violent interracial crimes committed every year involving blacks and Whites, blacks commit 85% and Whites commit 15%.
Blacks commit more violent crimes against Whites than against blacks. Forty-five percent of their victims are White, 43% are blacks, and 10% are Hispanic. When Whites commit violent crimes, only 3% of their victims are black.
Blacks are an estimated 39 times more likely to commit a violent crime against a White than vice versa, and 136 times more likely to commit robbery.
Blacks are 2.25 times more likely to commit officially-designated hate crimes against Whites than vice versa.
Our Note: Most black-on-White crimes are not designated as hate crimes. Therefore, this statistic is very low
Gangs
Only 10% of youth gang members of White
Hispanics are 19 times more likely than Whites to be members of youth gangs. Blacks are 15 times more likely, and Asians are nine times more likely
Incarceration
Between 1980 and 2003 the US incarceration rate more than tripled, from 139 to 482 per 100,000, and the number of prisoners increased from 320,000 to 1.39 million
Blacks are seven times more likely to be in prison than Whites. Hispanics are three times more likely.

U.S. Rape Statistics by Race
Interracial Rape
Studies in the late 1950s showed that the vast majority of rapes were same-race offenses. Research in Philadelphia carried out in 1958 and in 1960 indicated that of all rapes, only 3.2% were Black-on-White and 3.6% were White-on-Black.
Oh how the times have changed
In a 1974 study in Denver, 40% of all rapes were Black-on-White
Not one case of White-on-Black rape was found
In General, through the 1970s, Black-on-White rape was at least ten times more common than White-on-black rape.
And today
The government does not want you to know so they hide the statistics as best they can. Because interracial rape is now overwhelmingly Black-on-White, it has become increasingly difficult to do research on it or to find relevant statistics. The FBI keeps very detailed national records on crime, but the way it presents rape data obscures the racial element rather than clarifies it. The U.S. Department of Justice keeps statistics as well. You have to wade through page after page of tables to find the relevant data.
Dr. William Wilbanks, a criminologist at Florida International University, carefully sifted through the data in 1988 and found 9,406 cases of Black-on-White rape and fewer than ten cases of White-on-Black rape. (how many of those were Hispanic on Black? No way of knowing since Hispanics are classified as White if they're offenders!)
Another research concluded in 1989 that Blacks were three or four times more likely to commit rape than Whites and that Black men raped White women thirty times as often as White men raped black women.
Think about it. There are six times as many Whites as blacks in America. Blacks make up 12% of the population. Males half of that, adult males even less. Yet black males rape White women thirty times more than the other way around
White women have good reason to be scared when walking alone at night and they see a black man
He uses the 2005 statistics but the message is clear
Blacks commit rape and other crimes against Whites in significantly larger numbers than the other way around

All you ever hear about in the media are the horrific crimes that "racist" white people commit against helpless blacks. Over and over again the media will beat it into the ignorant public, "racist white people beating up on poor blacks." Yet take a look at these numbers! Black-on-White crime is almost triple White-on-Black crime! Yet blacks make up only 12% of the population. Black males 6% of the population, adult black males even less.
Hispanics are not even in the chart. Where are they? In the White figures! So When you see "White on Black" crime figures some of that is Hispanic-on-Black! Maybe lots of it.
But when the Hispanic is the victim, they're listed as other. Talk about manipulating stitistics!
What is the government afraid of? Why can't we be honest about the race of crime? Our census lists the race of people even to the point of allowing people to list their mixed race and the spell out which races
